Loving where we live

We had a great weekend this past weekend.  On Saturday we attended a local farmer's market in Mills River that was so great.  We got local trout, sausage, basil, heirloom tomatoes, apples, peaches, blueberries, etc.  We love supporting our local farmers here and the food is so so good!
After that we headed to Franklin, NC with some great friends and enjoyed a barbeque festival, and then spent the rest of the day with them. 

Then on Sunday we decided to take a hike to a fire tower off the parkway on Fryingpan Mtn.  Beckett had so much fun and actually walked a little bit of the way, our little hiker :).  I am a little afraid of heights so we did not go all the way to the top of this 7 story metal structure (eeeeeek!!!) but we made it up 4.  It was so pretty up there.  Here are some pictures of our hike and the gorgeous view...
